Assessments and reports
Our speech and language therapists offer a range of assessments and reports for individuals with speech, language, communication and swallowing difficulties.
An assessment will be carried out to identify what type of speech, language or communication difficulties an individual has and why. An assessment can also identify if an individual has any eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties.
From assessment results, observations and discussions with the individual, their family and other professionals the speech and language therapist will be able to provide a detailed report.
A report will provide detailed information on the type of communication and / eating and drinking difficulty the individual has, the severity of their difficulty and any advice or recommendations for treatment.
